The 4th installment of Bett Asia will return to Kuala Lumpur this November 2017. Around 1,700 delegates and 60 exhibitors from all around the world are expected to attend the event this year. Attendees include education leaders, senior policy makers, educators and prominent figures in the education technology industry.
Over the two-day event, delegates have the opportunity to attend the Leadership Summit, where topics nominated by policy and decision makers will be discussed. There will also be a free-to-attend exhibition showcasing the latest tools and technologies in the education industry. In addition, Bett Asia will host a series of roundtable discussions and practical demonstrations and networking sessions.
After consulting with professionals from Ministries of Education, embassies, higher education and K-12 institutions, Bett Asia 2017 will include the following themes in the two-day agenda:
- Access and equity in education
- Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality and Augmented Reality
- Teacher training
- Self-direction in Higher Education
- Innovative pedagogies
The Bett Asia Awards will also take place during the event. These awards reward creativity and innovation in the Malaysian education sector. Categories are open to individuals, projects, institutions, companies and education stakeholders. This year, awards will be given out in four categories namely Innovation, Leadership, Game Changer and Collaboration.
