Cost is one of the biggest factors for parents when it comes to choosing an international school for their children. Each international school has a different fee structure but generally charges an application fee, registration fee, deposit, annual tuition fee and school development fee. Additional fees include those for uniforms, meals and transportation.

Enrolment in international schools is an investment for many parents and requires a good measure of financial planning. Therefore, parents need to choose a school that is within their budget. In addition, parents should enquire about payment methods and deadlines. Most schools require parents to pay the whole term fees plus another term deposit before their children start school. Depending on the school, parents can choose to pay by year or term.

Here are the Year 1 and Year 7 annual tuition fees charged by international schools in Perak.
